hurry up already!

I'm getting extremely impatient! I want to close on my house and get to work! As far as I know we are just waiting on the report for the appraisal. After that we should be "good to go" as the girl at work put it. So hopefully I will be closing very very soon.

I just can't wait to get to work on everything. I need to take down wallpaper in every room, paint, try to get new flooring in the bathroom/kitchen (if I have money). And I need furniture badly. So if you know of anyone who has a nice dining room table or living room furniture that they need rid of please let me know!
