Vote: I Told You So!

This is my 70th post. SEVENTY? What on earth did I talk about?

Anyway. I am in love with the new version of I Told You So, by Carrie Underwood. I just think it's so pretty. It gets stuck in my head for days, but that's ok right?

I really can't decide though. I love them all.

Which version do you like ?

The Carrie Underwood Version

The Original: Randy Travis (I don't like this video- but it's the version I wanted)

its a 98 honda how DARE you.

So, my sister got a new car a few weeks ago, and my friend Eric was getting married today so I thought we should take it on a mini road trip. So we did. A whole 2 1/2 hours away. Wow, what a drive. Anyway. It was fun :)

Except for all of the bad luck we had this morning. Mine was worse than Liz's but then again, it always seems to be lol..

1.) We went to Wendy's and as I was getting out of the car, I locked my purse inside. Liz went inside so I had to go grab the keys from her to get back in. I tried unlocking the door with the key and the alarm went off. She just got the car so I had no idea how to turn it off. It went off for a good 3 minutes before I figured it out. That was pretty embarassing.

2.) My umbrella broke

3.) Liz overflowed the toilet at Wendy's ha. It wasn't her fault though, somehow lol. She came running out and I was like "what's wrong" and she just kept running. When we got to the car she's told me to just "hurry up and go" lol...

4.) it was raining and my hair got all messed up :( ok so that's not that bad but I hate rain, and my hair looked good when I left :(.

5.) And of course I got food on my outfit, but what else is new. It happens daily.

6.) I was feeling wierd that a guy I used to have a crush on a LONG time ago was getting married. It was just a strange feeling, and I was kinda nervous? is that wierd. But once I was actually there on time and at the right place I felt much better.

Those aren't so bad.. but what about good things?

1.) Two of my good friends got married today and I'm happy for them! I feel like they are really right for each other.

2.) We had awesome road trip music thanks to my sister and her great CD mixing skills. How can you go wrong with The Cars, Boston, Dolly Parton, Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley and Poison? I don't think you can.

3.) I got to sing in the car and act like my normal self because at least I can when I'm with my sister :)

Anyway.. Here are some pics from our "trip"

I drove on the way there, but Liz has the pics on her camera from that..

On the way home she drove

And it rained most of the way, but that's ok because all in all it was a good day even with the bad thrown in :)

our flock

Meet our sheep. We only have 3 ewes (Joni, Spaz, and Llama), 2 lambs (Leia and Yogurt), and a ram (Pusha) that we're borrowing. I know those names sound funny, but that's just the way they are. I'm sure you're wanting an explanation (or you're not, but I'm giving you one anyway)

Joni- my sister's ewe that she showed in 4-H: not such a wierd name

Spaz- because well.. she's a little crazy and acts like a "Spaz" at least she did when she was a ewe lamb (another 4-H animal)

Llama- she has a really long neck and kind of looks like a llama.

Leia- from Star Wars from the first set of lambs we had. Her brother Luke, passed away a few weeks ago. He got sick somehow and didn't make it.. usually once they are born and are a few weeks old they're fine, so we aren't really sure what happened with that :(

Yogurt- We were watching Spaceballs and decided that we could call the new lamb Yoda but they call Yoda, Yogurt on that show so that's his name. lol.

Pusha- well.. he's a ram and he likes to butt people. My little brother always says "Stop pusha me" instead of stop pushing me, so that's where that name came from.

Now that you know all of our wierd names and the story behind them I'll show you a few cute photos of the new lambs. I could take pics of them all day long. These are some of my favs!

This is our flock.

This is Leia :) Isn't she the cutest thing EVER?

This is Yogurt and his mother Llama.

And.. these aren't sheep (obviously..) just visitors to our pond on one of the nice days!

Enjoy.

Shapely Secrets

I was watching an infomercial last night about Shapely Secrets with Greer Childers and I decided to look it up on the internet this morning to see what people thought of it.. Just curious you know..

Then I decided to go to YouTube (because it has everything!) to see if there was a video or something about it. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I found something even better!

This is hiliarious. I just don't see anyone actually doing this. I don't think I would want to buy anything that this lady does. It's just hard to take it seriously lol. Take a look.
